It may also involve the filing of an ethics complaint, seeking a second opinion, or filing an appeal. It may only require my writing to your current lawyer to summarize your areas of dissatisfaction with a request for immediate attention, noting that a failure to respond could result in further action. In some cases, it may involve filing an appeal to overturn an unfavorable decision.
